Phlillips - Salt and Pepper Calamari

First theses do have oil that pools under theses when baked.

The aromas of these are very much of a fishy note when being cooked. When out the aroma is of the pepper and oil.

The flavors are of the breading and pepper. The calamari is not big on the flavor. It is also not chewy in anyway but with the breading dose have a Big Crunch.
The pepper is very strong but is very good with a hot note on the back that is slow and lingering.
Some of the calamari is almost creamy and mushy but is still very good.
