This fully cooked by Diestel is a Seasoned Shredded Turkey comes in individual packages and all you need to do is heat and serve.
Apon opening the package to the instructions and heating it up, it was not hot nor did it shredded in any way and was very firm.
It really never got hot or shredded to a good consistency with large chunks that would not pull apart.
I had made this two way (1. According to directions for a salad and 2. Into a enchilada sauce for a topping.
The turkey itself was dry and over spiced to the point it was sickening. It did have gristle and some fat that made it impossible to chew with the salad.
The sauce made it palatable but still never did shredded to a cook consistency
