Opening in late 2014, long before we became the "Best Mexican Restaurant in San Juan Capistrano". It began inside a 17- foot food truck with the burning desire to change the way guests perceived food truck cuisine we have always believed that Mexican food should be MORE! More complex, modern, enjoyable, and healthier for our bodies.
Appetizers
The Shrimp Taquitos come in a plate of three and they are very large.
The shrimp are Black Prawns that are cooked till they are al dente so they are still a little chewy and not starting to get tough.
The crab filling is not notable in any way and is a disappointment.
The corn wrap is very crisp and using a single tortilla makes it easy to handle and not break apart.
The topping of cabbage, bell peppers, cilantro, and avocado could make a salad.
The sauces for this are the second star of this dosh as they really put this dish together with just the right amount so spice and smokiness to complement the richness of the shrimp and the crispy tortilla.
This grilled octopus is composed of two to three tentacles.
They are cooked to perfection in that they are juicy and tender with no chewy parts in any way.
The cause is a roasted pepper aioli that is very sweet to this and the octopus's char combines with a smokey note.
The greens on this are a great compliment to this and brings this together and does cut the richness of this dish.
Main
These Enchiladas have at least three oz lobster tale in each.

Caramel Churo :
This modern take of the classic is probably the best version I could think of.
Although you get only three churros, each one is very decadent, rich and packed full of caramel, then topped with fresh berries and chocolate whipped cream made in house.
This is enough for one person, but I do recommend that you share as the richness of this after eating one of these delicious meals they have is very indulgent.
