TACOS

Their tacos are either hard or street style ( The street tacos are on a freshly made with yellow corn tortilla that’s made in house)

Carne asada (street Style) :

The Carne Asada is very tender with no gristle no fat and it has a nice caramelization to it. It is cut into small pieces accompanied by traditional cilantro and onions.

The beef is a little overcooked and the taste of the gameness is very prevalent but still very juicy and tender and works very well for this.

(One of the best Carne Asada tacos I’ve had in a very long time)

Al Pastor (street style) :

The pork is very juicy and tender and moist and rich in the sauce. You do have the traditional accompaniment of onion and cilantro but you also have big chunks of pineapple Inc.

The meat itself is either very tender or fatty typical of Al Pastore for the pizzas that are meaty are very good in flavor.

( this is an OK Al pastor but could use some caramelization)

Shredded beef ( hard shell) :

The beef is perfectly shredded with very little gristle or fat. It is drying and needs some flavor to it.

The shell is thin and fried fresh.

They added lettuce and tomato along with white cheese. The lettuce itself is more like a salad blend from a kit.

This is a-ok taco not One that you need to go out and try.
