The aroma of this is of Herbs and cheese with eggs and is pretty much straight forward of the ingredients
The puff pastry has the flavor of cheese and is sharp in taste like of Cheddar
The eggs are very rich and creamy with lots of cream and butter used. The herbs mixed in do help cut this but they are so mild they are not notable in flavor.
It does need salt and pepper and or some type of spice as it is bland in taste and really a one note item.
